A #createdonate campaign launched by members of Great Britain's senior trampoline team has taken off, beating its original fundraising target and uniting the sporting community in creative fun.

The campaign, started by senior British trampoline gymnasts Bryony Page, Kat Driscoll, Laura Gallagher and Izzy Songhurst sees people replicate gymnastics poses in incredibly creative and inventive ways from the comfort of their living room. Entries have seen people swinging from bars, bouncing head of heals into the air and tumbling through their houses, all without moving a muscle.

Since its launch on Friday, the £1000 initial fundraising target for NHS Charities Together has already been reached with 100's of people motivated to join in and donate from across the sporting world and beyond - one of the highlights so far has even seen an NHS midwife join the campaign, her photo depicting her in superwoman cape on a bike with baby in her arms.

The #createdonate idea was inspired after the gymnasts followed the journey of 100-year-old Army veteran Captain Tom Moore, who completed 100 laps of his Bedfordshire garden with a walking frame.

World Finalist 2019 Laura Gallagher says, "Like everyone, we are in awe of NHS workers and everything they do for us all, day-in, day-out and we wanted to do our bit in raising money for the charities the NHS supports.

"At the same time, we wanted to bring the sports community together at a time when everyone is isolated from friends, family, and team-mates.
"#CreateDonate gives us all the chance to have a bit of fun, get creative and bring everyone together while raising money for amazing causes. We can't wait to see what people come up with and hope to see a few celebrities join in with an action shot too!"

Olympic Medallist Bryony Page adds,
"I'm so excited about the #CreateDonate campaign. It's helped bring our team, trampoline family and wider community together and help raise money for the NHS during this crucial time".
"We were inspired by Captain Tom Moore to help support keyworkers and wanted to do something that could create a positive impact during isolation".
"It's been a pleasure to be a part of something bigger than our sport and I feel proud of everyone getting involved and making donations for the NHS."
"Feels fantastic to have reached our initial target of £1000 in just four days, when the #CreateDonate campaign has only really just started. So we have decided to raise our target to £5000 and I look forward every day to seeing the new images created by the people getting involved"
