Did you know that parkour/freerunning is one of the top 5 sports girls and boys want to do in P.E at school?
So we thought we would give you a link to how you can give it a go and show you some videos kindly given to us by ParkourUK of some first moves to try, including one by the ultra famous founder of freerunning Sebastien Foucan of James Bond movie Casino Royale fame!
If you go to www.parkour.uk you can search for your nearest ParkourUK Member organisation. The red pins are sessions/classes/activities you can join near you. The blue pins and Parkour parks – these are freely accessible training facilities in parks/open spaces and so there won’t be any contact details provided.
