PARKRUN is open to everyone.
It’s free
It’s safe and easy to take part.
They are held in 628 locations around the country so just go to www.parkrun.com and take a look at their events page.
On the events page there is a link to ‘junior park run events’ which are specifically for 4-14 year olds. These are 2 km timed events just for your age group. There is a map on the events page to show you where these junior events are taking place.
