Seriously Simple Berry Smoothie
Preparation time: 4 minutes
Ingredients
450ml whole milk
4 ice cubes
1 small handful blueberries
1 small handful of blackberries
1 small handful of raspberries
Method
1.Place the blueberries, blackberries and raspberries into a blender or smoothie-maker container.
2.Pour over the milk and add the ice cubes.
3.Blitz it all together and enjoy.
