The latest race in the Formula 1 championship took place on the last weekend in October, in Mexico City, and saw Max Verstappen win, breaking his own record with his 16th win of 2023.
He finished 13 seconds ahead of second place driver, Lewis Hamilton despite starting third on the grid. The crowd were disappointed that their hero Perez did not finish, following a crash and then being forced to retire, however, they stayed to cheer on Verstappen thanks to a pre-race campaign to make sure he was not booed like last year! Verstappen gracefully thanked them in his speech after his victory.
