Festival of Sport at Holkham Park, Norfolk
The UK’s biggest sports festival is returning to Holkham Park from 11th – 14th August and we hope to see lots of you there!
Sports on offer range from hockey, rugby, netball, cricket and football to kayaking, golf, trampolining, lacrosse, boxing, skateboarding plus, new for this year, American Football. Sports sessions are aimed at children aged 5 – 17, with additional activities for under 5’s and over 18’s spanning sports, wellbeing and entertainment.
Co-founded by international rugby legends Will Greenwood and Austin Healey, Festival of Sport is now firmly established in the summer sporting calendar. Alongside Will and Austin, sports stars for 2023 include cricketer Ryan Sidebottom, Paralympic rowers Vicki and Tom Aggar, netballer Karen Greig, golfers Graeme Storm and Hannah Bowen, England and Saracens women’s rugby player Sydney Gregson, hockey gold medallists Kate and Helen Richardson-Walsh and footballer Paul Dickov.
All legends actively participate throughout the weekend, coaching and playing alongside youngsters – and making time to have fun with accompanying adults too.
Co-founder Will Greenwood, says “It’s a magical combination of dozens of different sports, all led by world champions, Olympians and international legends, alongside amazing live bands, non-stop activities and the chance to sleep over within a stone’s throw of Holkham Hall. Festival of Sport takes place at Holkham Park, Norfolk 11th - 14th August 2023. Tickets for the full weekend are on sale now, priced at £370 (1 adult + 1 child aged 5-17 years). Additional adult tickets £160, additional child tickets £210. Under 5s go free. Tickets include access to the event and full programme of sports sessions for all children plus evening entertainment. Accommodation on site starts at £70 for three nights for a tent or campervan pitch, ready-erected bell tents from £250 (3 nights, up to 6 sharing). Day tickets are also available for Saturday or Sunday, priced at £185 for one adult and one child, additional children (5-17) £105, additional adults £80.
