Waitrose Cookery School hops into Easter
This Easter, we are so happy to share that the Waitrose Cookery School is offering free children’s cook-along courses where budding chefs will be shown how to bake and decorate your own little Easter chick biscuits or how to create delicious salmon fishcakes.
Easter Chick Biscuits Cook-Along, Children’s workshop (Free)
Why only decorate eggs when you can learn how to bake and decorate these colourful Easter chick biscuits? Budding bakers will be shown step by step how to bake the perfect, light biscuit. Then you can let your creativity flow with some artistic icing to create the cutest chick biscuits. Our chef will give you some tips and tricks, but after that it’s over to you!

Salmon Fishcakes Cook-along, Children’s Workshop (Free)
Learn new kitchen skills and how to make delicious fluffy salmon fishcakes served with Holy Moly Guacamole dip to enjoy on fish Friday. In this friendly, fun and interactive class, one of our chefs will take you step-by-step through how to make your own fish cakes, including perfectly poaching the salmon and how to make a crispy coating for your fish cakes.

Hot Cross Buns and Creme Egg Brownies Cookery Class (£29)
Learn to make classic hot cross buns and indulgent gooey creme egg brownies. In this friendly, fun and interactive class one of our chefs will take you through how to make sweet and fluffy hot cross buns with a hint of citrus and spice. Whilst the buns are proving, you’ll be taught how to make a batch of decadent and squidgy creme egg brownies - the perfect Easter treat.
