The Paralympics has begun and is live on Channel 4 so make sure you try to catch up on all the action once you're home from school.

A new campaign has been launched alongside the Paralympics called #WeThe15. It aims to highlight to the world that 15% of the global population have disabilities. That's 1.2 billion people!
They want to end discrimination and raise awareness by uniting international organisations to be more inclusive, reduce barriers and make life more positive for everyone.

We think this is fantastic and the Paralympics - which showcases amazing sports people - is the perfect place to start.
