Hello! We are Brave Mind.
We are a registered mental health charity, and we are passionate about starting positive conversations around our mental health. Talking, listening, and staying connected is a powerful way to learn more about mental health to help understand ourselves and to help others.
At Brave Mind we are all about taking action. Our interactive psychology-based sessions are designed to help you understand topics like mental health, well-being, and performance. Our programmes and sessions focus on giving you the tips and tools to keep your mind healthy and begin talking about mental health in a fun environment.
